Celebrating the Hudson Valley Harvest at the CIA

The CIA's first ever Hudson Valley Harvest dinner turned out to be quite a success. Beautiful fall weather, scrumptuous cheeses, and an outdoor farmer's market. Our herbed fresh cheese was featured in the cheese course topped with Beth's Farm Kitchen Hot Plum Chutney.
