Taste of Columbia County Bounty

If you weren't at the Columbia County Fairgrounds Monday night you missed quite the feast! Restaurants, caterers, and local producers joined to offer a tasting of what the Columbia County area has to offer in the spirit of food, wine, and delicacies of the like.

Each chef prepared dishes comprised of the local, seasonal offerings. Local wine and beer was provided by Hudson-Chatham Winery and Chatham Brewing.

Thanks to David at Bezalel Gables for preparing the beautiful foccacia boards topped with our fresh cheese on each table. And to Michel from the Stissing House for preparing the très délicieux Provencal Tart.

We apologize for the lack of pictures at this event. We were too busy serving cheese and tasting all evening!
