Importer to invest in domestic specialty cheese brand

June 24, 2008. Mount Kisco, NY. Best Cheese Corporation has acquired Coach Farm of Pine Plains, NY. Already a successful importer of specialty cheese from Europe, Best Cheese will expand into domestic production by taking over the well known Coach Farm brand.

“The market for high quality, artisanal goat cheese continues to grow and we are excited to be investing in the thriving Coach Farm brand,” said Henk Engelkes, President & CEO of Best Cheese Corporation.
